These terms govern your use of PaidPath (paidpath.app). By using the site or a PaidPath plan you agree to them.

The service

PaidPath monitors web apps you own or are authorized to test, checking signup, checkout and payment flows and reporting what it finds. The free checker makes ordinary page requests to the URL you enter. Paid plans may use read-only credentials you provide (such as a Stripe restricted key).

Your responsibilities

• Only submit URLs and credentials for apps you own or are authorized to monitor.
• Keep your account email accurate and your credentials secure.
• Don't use PaidPath to overload, attack or scrape sites you don't control.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

No guarantee

PaidPath helps you spot problems, but it can't catch every issue. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. If we make material changes to paid plans, we'll email you before they take effect.
